All claims must be made in writing within thirty (10) days of receipt of order. Failure to make a claim within the stated time shall constitute acceptance of the goods as is. Buyer waives any claim, defense, setoff or other right or remedy arising from missing or damaged items, pieces, or other product if not identified to Peace + Love + Bling® Fundraising within the time from identified herein
